UBTECH Robotics

Led completion of the private equity investment in UBTECH’s old shares, followed by its listing in Hong Kong in early 2024, resulted in a surge of over 200% in its stock price after the listing.

Qihoo 360

Worked as an Executive director at an investment platform under one of China’s top 5 insurance financial institutions.

Fully involved in the privatization of Qihoo 360’s US stocks and its return to the A-share market.

Successfully established a $100 million private equity fund and exited after its listing on the A-share market.

Hohhot Metro Line 1

Participated in a direct investment of ￥100 million in the Inner Mongolia Hohhot Metro Line 1 project, leveraging a syndicated loan of ￥17.2 billion from the national level for Hohhot City.

As one of the shareholders of Hohhot Transportation Investment Group, I served on the board of directors and contributed to its management.

Fortune 500 Companies

Worked as an Executive director at an investment platform under China Taiping (China Taiping is the national insurance brand with the longest continuous operation in China’s history and has been listed in the Fortune Global 500 for six consecutive years).

Involved in conducting audits, internal controls, and risk management for several large state-owned enterprises, including projects with China Petroleum, China Unicom, and Bank of China.

Worked for a Fortune 500 chemical gas manufacturing company Praxair in the United States as well as one of the world’s four major accounting firms. Issued financial audit reports, internal control reports, and risk management reports for these enterprises.

Haidilao HK IPO

Led the completion of the equity fund investment targeting shares of Haidilao’s Hong Kong IPO, and subsequently exiting with a premium post-listing.

Alibaba

Former strategic executive of Alibaba Group, Wang Xiaohua (investor of UBTECH), and I jointly completed a $20 million angel round equity financing for the military intelligent defense service provider, Shexing Technology, with leading investment from Lenovo Star ventures. In February 2024, the Series B financing was completed, expanding the company’s scale from 1 person to 200 people.

Beijing Xilan Network Security Techonology Company

Independently leading the completion of a $4 million angel round equity financing for Beijing Xilan Network Security Technology Company.

Qingniu Software and Shandong Yida

Participated in private equity investment funds for Qingniu Software and Shandong Yida, both of which are still in the process of listing.

Involved in completing a ￥20 million angel round financing for Canadian Kiri 3D Printing Technology Service Provider, let by a well-known domestic angel institution, Inno Investing.
